Gtk-WARNING **: gtk_widget_size_allocate(): attempt to allocate widget with width 250 and height -1

After much googling , I could not recieve much help. Somewhere they said problem with gtk , java etc ...
But for me the case was I was trying to open top menu of Azureus in the root mode, and it was hanging.Whereas , when I tried in normal user mode it was fine. So there can't be issue with the lack of any rpms or any dependencies.

So what was missing was probably the directories like .xauthmljSkM , .metacity , and when I copied these directories from the normal user home directory to the root directory, it worked fine.
Otherwise, the simplest way to do this is to go into GUI mode of root once, which will create these directories automatically i.e. X session of root.
