display images

To see image files ,use the command showimage or gthumb .
showimage * to have a look at all the files and you can proceed to the next file using spacebar.But sometimes the image file can be too big to fit for your display ,so then you can use gthumb. You can explore gthumb for a no. of options and can even run a slide show there.
