If there is an error : operation not permitted, setlength fails.

Try increasing the cache size ; Tools -> Options -> Files-> Performance options.

If everything turns fine , then well and good but if the problem persists, try force-recheck on the downloaded item for some no of times, till it shows ' stopped ' against it and then u put it in queue or force download.
